2004 Things are finally back to normal after the trip to Columbus for the Arnold Classic. Just finished editing the recording of my band INZANE at the World Gym banquet. It's one of our best and now available on CD for $12.95. I've come up with a nice quick program for toning abs and getting aerobically fit. I do this at the beginning of each workout and sometimes on the days I don't do weight training: Concept II Rowing Ergometer - 1000 meters Leg Raise - 2 sets of 25 to 50 reps Crunches - 2 sets of 40 to 60 reps Seated Twist - 2 sets of 30 to 50 reps Treadmill - walking at 3.5 miles per hour for one mile (14 to 20 minutes).
