TIP FOR THE MONTH
Happy
Holidays!
As the holidays approach and 2002 draws to a close, I can't help but reflect
upon recent past events. It's time for evaluation of goals and setting new
ones for the coming year. Turning 60 this year, my goal was to get into
peak condition and I came pretty close, dropping from a big strong 208 pounds in
March to a defined 175 in December. But now I can see that there's still
more work to do and realize that by keeping my bodyweight at this level from now
on I will look better and better. Anytime you lose weight like this it
takes time to shape up all the body parts that still need attention, so I'll
really be working at improving even more for my 61st birthday in June.
This motivates me to stay on a reasonable diet over the holidays and keep up my
training. Zane Experience programs are filling up for 2003 and I'm taking
on clients for ongoing personal training in the San Diego area. There's
always something one can do. What about you? What are you goals for
2003?
