TIP FOR THE MONTH
Hello!
I’ve recently discovered a delicious way to get a high protein, low carb, low
fat meal with plenty of calcium. Take a six-ounce container of yogurt and dump
it in a small bowl or large cup. My favorite yogurt (if I can find it in stores)
is Hood Carb Countdown, which has 12 grams of protein, 4
grams of carbs, 1.5 grams of fat, and 200 mg. of Calcium. If this is
unavailable, I use Yoplait Ultra with 8 grams of protein, 8
grams of carbs, 2.5 grams of fat, and 200 mg. Calcium. Add one heaping scoop
(about 3 tablespoons) of my Cutting Edge Egg White Protein
and stir with a spoon. Then add some micro waved frozen berries (6 to 8 large
frozen strawberries) or fresh fruit, stir some more, and eat with a spoon. This
gives me a grand total of 40 grams of protein, 10 grams of carbs, 1.5 grams of
fat. Been having this for breakfast and feel great from it. Try this great
