TIP FOR THE MONTH
Before
we get into the tip for the month ...
I recently made the decision to start doing ongoing
personal training from my private gym. This is mainly
for people in the greater San Diego area, but people from anywhere can also do
it when they are in town for periods of time. The procedure is simple, call me
at 619-462-5300 and we will arrange a time for your 60 minute workout personally
supervised by me. The cost of this service is $85 per hour and the hours are
flexible, but I prefer to work earlier in the day. There is a discount when you
pay for a month or 8 workouts in advance. So now I will train you on an ongoing
basis with state of the art equipment if you want. Call me.
The other Zane Experience programs
continue as follows with a slight price increase. The full 3 day program from 9
am to noon is $695 and $595 each when you come with a friend. It’s the most
thorough program and I actually train with you, set for set. Lots of people have
been doing 2 day programs lately (really convenient over a weekend) from 9 am to
noon each day, this one is $495 or $395 each when you come with a friend. One
day three hour consultations are $250 or $225 each if you come with a friend.
I’d like keep making myself accessible to the public for learning experiences.

Tip for the Month ...
Hello!
As the days become shorter and the nights longer, it's important to
follow the example of nature and sleep enough. If you don't get a
good solid 7 hours at night you should participate in some kind of deep
relaxation technique during the day like meditation, visualization, using a Mind
Muscle Machine, listening to recorded inspirational material, music, or simply
taking a nap. This can restore your energy and focus and help you stay
calm and manage stress during the day. Research shows that time
spent in these deep relaxation techniques is 3 times as restorative as sleep.
Our new CD "Roanoke Blues" is great to listen to whenever you want to relax.
I like to emphasize relaxation because most people ignore it. It is
when your body repairs itself. Of course you must give it something to
repair, so it's necessary to train hard enough on a regular basis.
And in case you're wondering just what that is, I can help you save
a lot of time and toil by training with me in a Zane Experience program or
ongoing personal training as described above. A good way to
get your motivational program started is to call me and we'll do a phone
