My advice for training this month is to increase the intensity of your workouts. This means doing more work in less time. So if you are resting 2 to 3 minutes between sets, cut this rest period by 30 seconds. And make sure your negative is always slower than the positive phase of each exercise. It may mean that you will need to use a little less weight in your exercises, but that's OK. You'll get more muscular definition and a better pump in your workouts. Try it. Train Hard, Frank Zane
