SEPTEMBER /
OCTOBER 2002
I've been recording motivational and relaxing audio cassettes for over 15 years and for the last 5 years have been playing blues harp with my band "InZane". Keyboard player Dave Bott and I met at the Arnold Classic Cigar Smoking Party in 1997 and have been playing every year at the Hyatt at Capital Square in Columbus, Ohio ever since. Our first recording session was in 1997 in Palm Springs where we recorded some original songs I wrote which will be available in CD in the near future. In 1999 guitarist Les Borhi joined InZane and we've recorded a number of songs from the last few years from our live performances. In August we played at the Joseph Decuis Restaurant in Roanoke, Indiana and it turned out to be our best material to date. It rocks and is great to listen to before or during your workout. Good after your workout or anytime to unwind with as well. A limited number of CDs are being made available for sale @ $15 plus $2 postage in the U.S. Feel free to use our online order form. The Autumn 2002 newsletter (which will be out before Thanksgiving) describes how I've been able to reduce my waistline and sharpen my abs by regularly practicing harmonica along with stomach vacuums. With only a few weeks until the Mr. Olympia and less than a few months for my peak condition photos at age 60, I'm relying on all the techniques I know to get into great shape. Good luck in your training as we approach Nature's peak season. Frank Zane Archive Tips:
