Zane Experience: 2-Day Intermediate Program
The 2-Day Intermediate Program is done on two consecutive days. Frank instructs you in the Two-Way Split Routine, and after taking before photos on day one, you’ll train upper body. On day two you’ll review your photos and see what’s possible for you to develop in the future. Then you’ll work legs and waistline. It’s a great program for those with limited time who want a superior routine to keep in shape with an effective workout and nutritional guidance. Each session is 3 hours. The best preparation for your Zane Experience is to read The Zane Bodybuilding Manual and formulate questions.
