One Hour Phone Consultation with Frank via Face-time, Zoom, Skype or audio. A great way to have Frank personally monitor your training and nutrition to get in the best shape ever. Whether you are preparing for an event or just want to look and feel better, Frank’s advice can save you time. After you sign up send photos of yourself (front, side, & back) to Frank at zane0001@aol.com and a brief statement of what you want to accomplish, and when you would like to do the consultation. Frank will contact you and set up a time to call. This can be broken into two – 1/2 hour sessions.
